With the holiday season upon us and New Year’s celebrations right around the corner, many people are getting their New Year’s party plans in order while also wrapping gifts and decorating their homes for the holidays. The holiday season can be a crazy, demanding time, but one thing is for sure: once New Year’s rolls around, it’s time to celebrate. Whether you’re celebrating another successful year, getting a new job,  getting married, having a baby or making strides towards a better you, New Year’s is the perfect time to enjoy the fruits of your last year, look forward to the next, and celebrate it all in style.

We don’t know about you, but in our book, New York City is pretty much the quintessential destination for New Year’s Eve celebrations. One of our favorite New Year’s celebrations in the city is The NYC New Year’s Eve “Crawl ‘Til the Ball Falls Bar Crawl” (say that ten times fast). A ticket to this epic NYC, which runs only $10 might we add, will get you access to the organized bar crawl over a variety of “to be announced” bars in the village of your choosing. Ticket price will also include admission to all bars included in the bar crawl schedule. The event runs from 5 pm on December 31 to 4 am on January 1.

Another standout New Year’s Eve celebration in the city is the Dream Downtown 2014 New Year’s fete. Access to the event, which will run you around $150 for a standard ticket, will give you access to the premium open bar until half past midnight, live DJ performances, and a champagne toast at midnight.
