How to Book
Booking is straightforward. Pick your vehicle, set your date and time, and confirm your details the whole process takes about two minutes. If you’re booking for an airport run, have your flight number ready. We use it to track arrivals in real time so your driver is there when you land, not when your flight was scheduled to land.
Not sure which vehicle fits your group? A sedan works well for solo travelers and couples. An SUV handles small groups with luggage. Stretch limos and party buses are built for events where the ride itself is part of the night. If you’re on the fence, call us and we’ll sort it out quickly.
What Happens After You Reserve
Once you complete your reservation, you’ll get a confirmation email with your trip details, vehicle type, and pickup time. Hold onto it. If anything needs to change, that’s your reference.
A day before your scheduled pickup, you’ll receive a reminder with your driver’s name and contact number. On the day of your ride, your chauffeur will reach out directly to confirm arrival. For airport pickups, we monitor your flight and adjust if there’s a delay, you won’t be standing at baggage claim wondering where your driver is.
We’ve been doing this since 1996. The follow-through is built into how we operate, not something we have to be reminded to do.
Cancellation & Modification Policy
Plans change. We get it. Modifications to your booking date, time, vehicle, or pickup location can be made by contacting us directly. The earlier you reach out, the easier it is to accommodate.
For cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made well in advance are handled without issue. Last-minute cancellations closer to your pickup time may be subject to a fee depending on the booking. Corporate account holders should reference their account terms for specific cancellation windows.
If your flight gets canceled or significantly delayed, call us. We’ll work with you.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Corporate accounts can be set up for direct billing, a practical option for executives and businesses that book regularly. If you have questions about setting up a corporate account, reach out before your first booking and we’ll walk you through it.
